Because our store offers digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials, please review our return and refund terms carefully.

1. Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, including audio files, online courses, scripts, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable.

Once the product is delivered, access is considered fully granted and cannot be revoked.

Refunds are not provided for:

• change of mind,
• failure to download or save the files,
• technical issues on the customer’s device or software,
• dissatisfaction based on individual expectations.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us at kontakt@radekblazo.sk, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Online Courses & Memberships

Payments for online courses, programs, or memberships are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

In special circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a store credit or a transfer of access (where applicable). This is not guaranteed.

3. Live or Scheduled Sessions

Fees for live sessions, workshops, consultations, or events are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request a rescheduling (when available) by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.

Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4. Physical Products 

If your purchase includes a physical item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds for approved returns are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days.
We may issue a refund for the duplicate payment or provide store credit.

6. EU Consumer Rights

We respect all applicable laws of the European Union and Slovakia, including regulations for digital content and distance selling.

By purchasing digital products with instant access, you expressly agree to the waiver of the statutory right of withdrawal.
